Return & Exchange Policy

We want you to feel fully aligned with your purchase, just like your energy field!

Returns
If you're not satisfied with your item, you may request a return within 14 days of receiving it. To be eligible:

• Item must be unused and in original packaging as shipped

• Notification of your intention to make a return must be received by us within 48 hours of delivery of the item(s). 

• Customer is financially responsible for all shipping and handling charges connected with the item, and assumes full responsibility for its safe return. We suggest careful packing and insurance as the minimum precautions

To initiate a return, please email us at 2moonbeans@gmail.com with your order number. Stones and energy are sensitive, especially if one has been used. So please follow the above Return & Exchange policy.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, you’ll be notified of the refund status. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your item arrived damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos. We’ll make it right as quickly as possible.
